Transitioning to SPG
SPG staff have extensive experience transitioning employers from either their in house salary packaging administration or from an alternate provider.
As an employer you may feel the transition will impact adversely on work flow and create additional work for payroll and HR personnel.
SPG take on the vast bulk off the workload and work within defined time lines to ensure the move is smooth and hassle free.
On site employee education sessions and individual staff meetings in the lead up to the transition are seen as a positive interaction with staff and in virtually all instances the take up by employees for salary packaging increases with the switch to SPG.

Each employer has a dedicated Account Manager available to meet on a regular basis to review the process and address any issue that may arise.
